Interesting idea. Perhaps it’s as simple as setting up a special Twitter account, e.g. @blogtags, and then getting the blog plugins to twitter it the blog statuses in the format you describe.

Then it’s a simple Summize query to retrieve tweets to @blogtags containing tags of interest, e.g.:

@blogtags #tennis

Implementing it this way means there’s nothing extra for Summize to do; it just works. 🙂
