passend dazu der Bericht auf ZDF Heute, der nicht nur auf den DOSB/Saftblog Fall eingeht, sondern auch die Jagd nach eBay-Opfern beschreibt, die im Visier der Abmahnjäger stehen und gnadenlos abgeknallt werden. Natürlich tut die neue Gesetzesvorlage nichts zu beitragen, den Abmahnpraktikern das Handwerk zu legen, da sie rein auf private User gemünzt wurde.
