• Quality: We’re aiming for high-quality video that can be viewed on several platforms: portable video players (Apple’s video iPod, Creative Labs‘ Zen, Archos players, PSP, and others), cell phones, computer screens and television.• Experimentation: We want to push the boundaries of vlogging and convergence, so we’ll be experimenting with features such as BitTorrent file-sharing of video outtakes and high-quality screenshots taken from featured videos.
• Community: We want this to be an interactive experience, and so we invite comments, trackbacks and guest vlogging, and we’ll point to other vlogs frequently.
• Remixing: Video is not just for watching — it should allow for quoting and reauthoring. We encourage you to remix, reinterpret or revlog any of these videos.
